Supply and installation
Each project is managed, ensuring clean lines of communication between clients, consultants, forepersons, contractors etc. whilst ongoing quality monitoring of the technical implementation is maintained.
Any support sub-contractors employed by the company to complete a project are specially selected according to their specific expertise bearing in mind the precise needs of the client and the subject works.
Configuration
Servers and systems are configured by Hoeksec technicians for paramount stability and performance.
Education
Hoeksec performs live demonstrations and can thoroughly instruct on the use of systems and how they are configured. Literature is also provided for reference.
Support
Support programs can be undertaken to provide fitting technical support of systems.
Maintenance
Maintenance contracts are recommended to establish ongoing stability. Hoeksec technicians can provide systematic inspections, cleaning of lenses, checking of software configuration / updates, archiving data, hardware testing etc.
Monitoring
Contractors can be engaged to perform 24 hour monitoring of systems.
Warranty
Extended warranty plans can be obtained for peace of mind.
